Ivey Springs has over 3 miles of Rocky Comfort Creek frontage sporting excellent freshwater fishing and an abundance of waterfowl. A floodable duck pond with controlled water level accommodates excellent waterfowl habitat. We also have several other areas that are excellent roost for the variety of ducks on the property.
